Returns

We guarantee the quality of all Night Fox Jewelry products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply send the item back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse return shipping unless an item is defective. Items that have been altered by a third party or otherwise been abused beyond normal wear will not be accepted for returns.

To return an item, fill out the return information on the packing slip indicating the reason for the return and instructions to exchange the item or issue a refund. If you no longer have the original packing slip, write a note including your full name, billing address, phone number and reason for the return.

COD packages will not be accepted.

Refunds will be credited via the original method of payment and should be reflected on the next one to two credit card billing statements. You can always contact your bank within 48 hours to verify that the refund has been posted.

Exchanges will not be charged additional shipping.
